A delegate is used to assist coordinators in user assignment and comment coordination, but a delegate cannot make the final decision and submit the official comment package in RevCom.
So, No, assigning a delegate is not the solution to the issue stated in this question. Until RevCom can accommodate multiple coordinators for each organization, our recommendation in this circumstance is to create a very small coordinator team (2 or 3 members at the most). The team will share a temporary coordinator login ID and password on a temporary basis. The login information will be re-set upon the full time return of the assigned coordinator. When the team needs to be activated, it is our recommendation that the official coordinator contact our client services department to arrange for a shared, temporary password to be created in this special circumstance. Contact support@doxcelerate.com or call 505-412-4120.

[ RevCom FAQ ] |
|
RevCom breaks up the workflow of a document into different activities or phases. Examples of these activities may be Review and Response, 30-Day Negotiation (TSP), Concurrence, etc. The "activity" (phase) name follows the document title after the last comma. (Doc ID, Doc Title, Activity Name) Each activity or phase has its own reporting options, but all activities within the same workflow (document) share reference materials. This is important to know if you are working on a concurrence, for example, and want to see the comments and responses from the "Review and Response" phase. In this case you need to actually find the "Review and Response" activity from the document list on your primary RevCom screen (usually under "Review Completed") and print the following custom report:
- Both
- Top Organizations (or the top level organization in your org chain for all accepted comments within your org only)
- None
- No
- Yes
- All Paragraphs (or preference)
- No (or preference)
Contact RevCom technical support for additional assistance - support@doxcelerate.com, 505-412-4120.
