New: DOE O 452.4D, Security and Use Control of Nuclear Explosives and Nuclear Weapons
This Department of Energy (DOE) Order establishes the nuclear explosive security, use control (UC), and Nuclear Enterprise Assurance (NEA) requirements to implement DOE O 452.1, Nuclear Explosive and Weapon Surety (NEWS) Program, current version, to ensure authorized use of nuclear weapons, when directed by proper authority, and protect against deliberate unauthorized acts, deliberate unauthorized use (DUU), and denial of authorized use (DAU). Supersedes DOE O 452.4C, dated 8-25-2015.
